Northampton Town Loan Goalkeeper Dean Snedker To Brackley

NORTHAMPTON TOWN goalkeeper Dean Snedker has joined Vanarama Conference North side Brackley Town on loan until the January transfer window.

NORTHAMPTON TOWN goalkeeper Dean Snedker has joined Vanarama Conference North side Brackley Town on loan until the January transfer window.

Snedker will spend the first half of the season on loan at St James Park under the management of Jon Brady who led the Saints to a seventh place finish last season.

“Dean is at the age where he needs to be playing first team football to continue his development,” said Cobblers boss Chris Wilder.

“This move will give him the chance to play regular first team football while also helping out a local club.

“Dean is progressing well and this loan spell will do him the power of good.”

The Cobblers yesterday signed Tottenham keeper Jordan Archer on loan to compete with number one Matt Duke – paving the way for Snedker’s exit.
