LEYTON Orient say a new stadium is critical for the club to achieve their long-term ambition of playing in the Championship.
The O’s this week announced plans to build a “world class” stadium on a multi-sport campus as part of a joint commitment with Waltham Forest Council.
Brisbane Road, the East London club’s home since 1937, has a capacity of 9,271 and is currently the seventh-smallest ground in League One.
