GARY CALLS FOR INTERNATIONAL RETHINK

EXETER City manager Gary Caldwell says any team in League One and Two who lose a player to international duty should have their game called off.
Under current rules, Championship and Premier League clubs have a blank week during international breaks.
However, clubs in the third and fourth tiers are scheduled to play and can only postpone their fixtures if three or more players are called up to represent their country.
