Match Preview: Barnsley v Cambridge United (Friday, 3pm)

Cambridge United come to Oakwell to play Barnsley on Friday in terrible form, having collected just one point from their last six games.

The visitors have drawn just one of their last six fixtures, while the Tykes have three wins and two draws.

With 70 goals in 38 games so far this season, Barnsley are the league’s third-highest scorers with 1.8 goals per game. And they are conceding at an average rate, letting in 48 goals at a rate of 1.3 per game.

Barnsley’s last match was on March 16, a 0-0 draw against Cheltenham Town.
