UNREST: Reading fans made their feelings clear CRISIS club Reading have been hit with yet another points deduction for failing to pay HMRC on time. The League One Royals were docked two points on Tuesday for what a club statement called “persistent late payments to HMRC” last year. Reading were late with payments for over 100 days in the last calendar year, with EFL regulations only allowing up to 80.
