LEADER: Joe Edwards is a key man for Plymouth

Plymouth captain Joe Edwards is delighted to have committed his long-term future to the club.
The 31-year-old has signed a two-and-ahalf-year contract extension at Home Park, tying him to the club in a playing capacity until the summer of 2025.
However, he could stay longer at Argyle. The club have agreed to support him in gaining coaching qualifications for a future role in the club’s set-up once he has decided to retire from playing.
