STEVE Evans revealed Mikael Ndjoli was in tears at full-time, after the striker missed two penalties in Gillingham’s win against Southend.
Ndjoli hit a post with his first in the 72nd-minute before Southend keeper Mark Oxley saved his second effort three minutes later.
