ANGRY boss Darren Ferguson slammed Peterborough United’s “unacceptable” performance after defeat at relegation-threatened Walsall dealt a huge blow to the club’s play-off aspirations.
The loss meant Peterborough, in seventh, slipped four points adrift of sixth-placed Doncaster, so they need to win their final two games and rely on a Rovers slip-up to make the top six.
