CHRIS POWELL praised two-goal debutant Stephen Humphrys as his Southend side thrashed Bradford in what the manager described as their “best performance of the season”.
The Fulham striker, who spent the first half of the season on loan at Scunthorpe, scored two secondhalf goals and Powell revealed that it was only on the morning of the match that the FA confirmed he could play.
