AFTER more than a decade of Football League experience you learn a thing or two about managing your body, and Doncaster skipper Tommy Rowe is no different.
The 29-year-old midfielder had spent ten weeks on the treatment table suffering from a hamstring injury, and has had to watch on from the stands as his Rovers side continue to keep pace with League One’s elite.
And despite making a scoring return last weekend against AFC Wimbledon, grabbing the winner in the 86th minute, Rowe is taking nothing for granted.
