Victory is weird and wonderful for Barton

STAR MAN CHED EVANS Fleetwood

FLEETWOOD Town boss Joey Barton was proud of how his 10-men handled adversity to clinch his first win on home soil.
Ched Evans had a goal chalked off in the second minute for handball then he made it 1-0 in the 12th minute.
Jason Holt was ruled to have fouled George Miller in the 23rd minute, with Eoin Doyle smashing home the subsequent penalty.
Wes Burns was sent off by referee Andy Haines for a dangerous challenge on Adam Chicksen just before the break. Fleetwood will be appealing the red card.
But Barton would not be drawn into criticism...
