Sheffield Wednesday boss Danny Rohl says he trusts owner Dejphon Chansiri to pay his players’ overdue wages.
It was revealed this week that several members of the Owls squad had not been paid in full for March due to what were described as “cashflow issues” affecting Chansiri’s businesses in Thailand.
In a statement, the club said: “Sheffield Wednesday can confirm a temporary issue with the payment of player salaries for the month of March.
