Nathan Jones hailed the clinical finishing of Charlie Kelman after his goal earned Charlton Athletic a much-needed home win against Oxford United.
The summer signing from QPR had sat out the previous seven Championship matches with a hamstring tear, but scored 17 minutes after being brought on in the second half.
Kelman has netted in back to back league fixtures for the Addicks, who opened up an eight-point gap on the bottom three with their first league victory since November 4.
