Gary Rowett chuffed to land ace Will Lankshear at Oxford United

Oxford United boss Gary Rowett expects Will Lankshear to make an instant impact after signing the 20-year-old striker on a season-long loan from Tottenham.

The England Under-20 international scored 25 goals in 27 Premier League 2 and Vertu Trophy games in the 2023-24 campaign and was a regular fixture in Spurs’ Europa League side last term.
He finished the season on loan at West Brom but failed to find the net in 11 Championship appearances.
