GORDON Brown was still in Downing Street and MySpace was going strong when Simon Weaver took charge at Harrogate Town.
The 47-year-old has now been in charge at Wetherby Road for 16 years and 786 games and is by far the longest-serving manager in any of England’s top four tiers, albeit much of that time was spent outside the EFL.
