Ipswich Town visit Plymouth Argyle at Home Park on Saturday on the back of four consecutive wins in the Championship.
Ipswich have picked up 13 points from their last six games, and they face a Pilgrims side who also won their last match, and have collected seven points from the last possible 18.
With 68 goals in 34 games so far this season, Ipswich are the league's second-highest scorers with 2.0 goals per game. And they are conceding fewer than average, letting in 45 goals at a rate of 1.3 per game.
Plymouth are also above average scorers, with 1.6 goals per game, compared to a league average of 1.4. They have conceded 1.7 goals per game.
Town are third in the table after 34 games, of which they have won 21 and drawn nine, earning 72 points.
Argyle are 12 places behind the Blues in 15th, with 10 wins and 10 draws putting them on 40 points.
In Morgan Whittaker, the Pilgrims have one of the league's sharpest shooters so far this season. He has notched 17 goals in 34 appearances, to sit second in the scoring charts.
The visitors' top scorers, with 11 goals each, are Nathan Broadhead and Conor Chaplin.
In the last 10 years, Plymouth and Ipswich have played each other on seven occasions. Plymouth won two of them, Ipswich four, and they drew once.
On average, the Pilgrims scored 1.1 goals and the Blues 1.4 in those matches.
Their last meeting was on October 28, when Ipswich won 3-2 at home.
Plymouth's last match was on February 24, a 2-0 win against Middlesbrough, with Matthew Sorinola and Ryan Hardie getting the goals for the Pilgrims.
Ipswich beat Birmingham City 3-1 last time out, also on February 24, with Chaplin and Omari Giraud-Hutchinson on the scoresheet.
Saturday's match will be refereed by Joshua Smith, who has taken charge of 18 Championship games so far this season, issuing three red cards and booking 68 players. He has awarded three penalties.
The last Plymouth game Smith refereed was a 2-1 away loss to Leeds United on November 11. His last Ipswich match was their 1-1 draw away at Leicester City on January 22.
