Leeds United visit Huddersfield Town at the John Smith's Stadium on Saturday lunchtime on the back of nine consecutive wins in the Championship.
It means Leeds have picked up the maximum 27 points from their last nine games, and they face a Terriers side who also won their last match, and have collected 12 points from the last possible 27.
Leeds are second in the table after 34 games, of which they have won 22 and drawn six, earning 72 points.
Huddersfield are 17 places behind United in 19th, with eight wins and 13 draws putting them on 37 points.
With 64 goals in 34 games so far this season, the visitors are scoring more than average in the league with 1.9 goals per game. And they are conceding fewer than average, letting in 27 goals at a rate of 0.8 per game.
Town, meanwhile, are below average scorers, with 1.2 goals per game, compared to a league average of 1.4. They have conceded 1.6 goals per game.
With Illan Meslier between the sticks, Leeds can rely on one of the league's safest pair of hands. He has kept 14 clean sheets in his 32 appearances this season, and only one other ‘keeper – West Bromwich Albion's Alex Palmer – has been able to prevent the opposition scoring on more occasions in the Championship.
In the Terriers' net, Lee Nicholls has five clean sheets in 26 games. He has conceded a goal every 59 minutes, more than twice as often as the 129 minutes between goals for Meslier.
In the last 10 years, Huddersfield and Leeds have played each other on nine occasions. Huddersfield won three of them and Leeds six.
On average, the Terriers scored 1.0 goal and Leeds 2.0 in those matches.
Their last meeting was on October 28, when Leeds won 4-1 at home.
Huddersfield's last match was on Saturday, a 2-1 win against Watford, with Danny Ward getting the goals for the Terriers.
Leeds beat Leicester City 3-1 last time out, on February 23, with Archie Gray, Connor Roberts and Patrick Bamford on the scoresheet.
