READING owner Dai Yongge has been fined £20,000 for failing to deposit an amount equal to 125 per cent of the club’s forecast monthly wage bill in a designated bank account. The Chinese businessman was charged with misconduct in September and the matter was referred by the League to an independent disciplinary commission.
