JOHN Eustace says he left Birmingham City with a “heavy heart” after being shunted aside for Wayne Rooney. Eustace, 43, successfully staved off relegation last season and had guided the Blues to sixth place in the Championship before being axed by the club’s American owners two weeks ago.
