MICK McCarthy parted company with Blackpool less than 24 hours after a third-straightt defeat left them staring relegation firmly in the face.
After the defeat to the Bluebirds, McCarthy admitted his players had lost confidencee and now they have lost their manager, with the 64-year-old leaving by mutual consent after just 14 games, in which he won only two and lost nine.
