LOWE: GOING BACK TO BASICS PAID DIVIDENDS

DELIGHTED Preston manager Ryan Lowe praised his players for their “back to basics” approach after they retur ned to winning ways after last week’s 4-0 home defeat to Norwich City. The victory meant North End have now ear ned their eighth win on their travels, a record which is only equalled by second-placed Sheffield United.
