FABIO Carvalho’s commitment to the Fulham cause has never been in doubt, according to boss Marco Silva.
The Lisbon-born teenager scored twice in the Cottagers’ 6-2 win against Birmingham in midweek, taking his tally for the season to seven ahead of the Stoke game.
Attacking midfielder Carvalho is reportedly attracting interest from Liverpool and West Ham, but Silva says the 19-year-old has taken the speculation in his stride.
He said: “It has been a season of up and downs for him and rumours around him that didn’t help, but always I see the same commitment.”
