BAUER’S GLAD TO STAY AT PRESTON

PATRICK Bauer feels Preston “can be really successful in the future” after signing a new deal at the club this week.
Bauer arrived at Deepdale in 2019 from Charlton and has established himself as a mainstay of North End’s defence.
The 29-year-old defender’s current deal was set to expire this summer, but the German will now stay for at least the next two-and-a-half years.
