SHEFFIELD United midfielder Sander Berge has credited boss Paul Heckingbottom for the club’s climb up the table.
The Blades were eight points adrift of the playoff places when Heckingbottom replaced Slavisa Jokanovic in November.
Heading into New Year’s Day, Heckingbottom had lifted them to within seven points of sixth-placed Huddersfield with three games in hand, after winning his first three games in charge.
