BARNSLEY defender Michal Helik believes building momentum will help the Yorkshire club move away from the wrong end of the table.
The 26-year-old centre-back has backed the Tykes to turn around their fortunes.
He said: “I think the Championship is the league of momentum, because if you get the right momentum you can get a lot of points in a short period of time and that’s our aim for December.
“It’s a really open league and there are still a lot of games in front of us, so we still have the feeling that we can stay in the league.”
