KELMAN’S BACK AT RANGERS

QPR manager Mark Warburton admits Charlie Kelman’s loan spell at Gillingham “just didn’t work out”.
The 20-year-old striker made only six starts for Gills and failed to get on the scoresheet for the League One club.
That has led to Kelman being recalled early and means he cannot be involved with QPR’s first team, but can play under-23 matches.
Warburton said: “Our job is to look at the best options for Charlie.
“The loan was not a good loan for Charlie.
“Was it a case that it just didn’t work out?
That happens sometimes.”
