READING boss Veljko Paunovic has admitted his players need to learn more about game management after they let a twogoal lead slip to lose 3-2 at home to Blackpool.
The Royals looked to be on course for three points following first-half goals from Scott Dann and Tom Dele-Bashiru, but Blackpool battled back after the break to claim three points courtesy of strikes from Owen Dale and a Jerry Yates double which included a late penalty.
