PEARSON APPLAUDS ROBINS

NIGEL Pearson has thanked Bristol City for their support in his battle against Covid-19.
The 58-year-old tested positive for a second time following the Robins’ 1-1 draw against Fulham at the end of September, with Curtis Fleming taking temporary charge of the first team.
Pearson tweeted two messages this week, saying: “I’d like to thank everybody for their support and well wishes over the last few weeks while I’ve been dealing with covid again.
“The club has been brilliant with its support and I’ve been very appreciative of this in particular.”
