TIGER KID WANTED FOR £8m

HULL’S latest accounts revealed that they rejected a bid of £8m for one of their academy prospects.
The Tigers’ 2020-21 finances were made public last Friday and showed that such a bid had been made.
Owner Assem Allam wrote in a statement:
“The directors are pleased with the development of the academy.
“The club recently received an offer of £8m for one player brought up through the academy.
“The directors ensure that the team is capable of performing at a high level by investing in quality management, coaches and players.”
