COOPER HUNGRY TO EARN SWANS CHANCE

BRANDON Cooper is aiming to break into Swansea’s first team for the promotion run-in after stepping up his recovery from injury.
The 21-year-old defender, who had a loan spell at Newport earlier this season, has occupied the sidelines since early January with an ankle problem.
Cooper was given game time in midweek to build up his fitness, playing 90 minutes for the Swans’ Under-23s against Ipswich.
Now he is hoping to play some part in the latter stages of the Championship campaign.
