Rotherham United to sit it out as Covid-19 cases strike squad

ROTHERHAM have been forced to put their Championship relegation battle on hold following positive Covid-19 tests.
Yesterday’s game at Brentford was the first fixture to fall by the wayside, while Tuesday night’s trip to Luton soon followed.
In a statement after the latter fixture was called off on Friday, the Millers said: “The latest round of testing – the results of which were returned on Friday - has confirmed that a number of first team players have contracted the virus and will therefore have to complete a period of self-isolation in line with Government guidance.
