COOPER HAS HIGH HOPES FOR ACE BRANDON

STEVE Cooper believes Swansea’s defence will be solid for years to come after Brandon Cooper signed a new deal at the club.
The 20-year-old, who is currently enjoying a season-long loan spell at Newport, will stay at the Liberty Stadium until at least the summer of 2023.
Cooper, whose previous Swans deal had been due to expire at the end of the season, was named League Two Young Player of the Month for October and scored for the Exiles in their victory over Harrogate.
