ADAM Armstrong has impressed Blackburn boss Tony Mowbray while playing as a centre forward.
The 23-year-old has often operated out wide for Rovers, but grasped his opportunity down the middle with a goal in the 3-0 win over Hull in midweek.
Armstrong fired an effort into the top corner to mark his 150th career league start in style at Ewood Park.
