BIRMINGHAM head coach Pep Clotet has welcomed midfielder Maikel Kieftenbeld back into the first-team fold after his long-term absence with damaged knee ligaments.
The 26-year-old Dutchman has been out since April last year, but has played for the under-23 side since returning to training.
