CALM: Declan Rudd

DECLAN Rudd has called for Preston to keep their heads in the crazy world of the Championship promotion battle.
Alex Neil’s side are in the thick of the race for automatic promotion and the play-off spots.
And 29-year-old goalkeeper Rudd believes the key to maintaining their push is keeping calm after the highs and not getting too downhearted by the lows.
“It is a mad league. You can go from being out of it one week to two games later being right in the mix”, the former Norwich City keeper explained.
