DECLAN JOHN is comfortable playing for a club as big as Sunderland.
The 24-year-old left-back has arrived at the Stadium of Light on loan from Swansea.
John, who has previously turned out for clubs such as Cardiff and Rangers, said: “I have played at some big clubs before, so I have got that experience in me.
“I used to be at Rangers just over two years ago and now I am at this big club now.
“I know what the fans expect and there is a demand to win every week, but I am excited and looking forward to getting started.”
