PEP Clotet wants Birmingham striker Alvaro Gimenez to be inspired, after being rewarded for his scoring exploits in Spain.
The 28-year-old forward has struggled to find form since his summer move to the Championship side.
Last season Gimenez scored 20 goals for Almeria in the Spanish second division and Clotet hopes he will repeat that for Birmingham after being recognised in his home country with two trophies at the Marca Football Awards.
