COURTNEY Duffus is set to return to training with Oldham, but will not be able to play for the club until January.
Striker Duffus, 23, has been on loan at League of Ireland side Waterford since March where he scored eight goals in 10 appearances.
His loan there ends on November 30, but Duffus is not eligible to resume his Latics career until the English transfer window opens.
Club secretary Richard Cooper said: “Due to Courtney’s loan being with a club outside of England we will have to await the reopening of the UK transfer window.”
