DEAN Smith has been delighted with the approach of his players since he’s taken over at Aston Villa as the new manager attempts to implement his new ideas.
Smith, 47, who replaced Steve Bruce at Villa Park in October with the club 12th in the table, says all of his players have bought in to his philosophy and style of play.
