OXFORD midfielder Shandon Baptiste is set to miss the rest of 2018 after scans showed he requires surgery on a dislocated shoulder.
The 20-year-old suffered the injury in the 0-0 draw with Bristol Rovers and will not play until January.
Boss Karl Robinson said: “It’s a blow because he has been brilliant all season and has a fantastic attitude. He has a very bright future.”
