READING boss Paul Clement believes Josh Sims has the potential to make a big impact at the club after joining on a season-long loan.
The 21-year-old Southampton winger has experience of both the Premier League and Europa League and has represented England at every level up to U20s.
Clement said: “He first came to my attention when I was at Swansea and as soon as he came off the bench for Southampton I noticed his athleticism and energy.
“He’s a talented player that can play on either side. He is a hard worker with a lot of ability.”
