READING’S new signing Tommy Elphick can’t wait to play under a manager with a clear philosophy.
The 30-year-old joined the Royals on loan for the season from Aston Villa, where he captained the side, as he did at Brighton and Bournemouth.
The defender joined Derby striker Chris Martin, 29, in signing on deadline day.
