STAM COY ON MOVE FOR CHRIS

READING manager Jaap Stam has refused to rule out a move for Derby’s Chris Martin.
The 29-year-old striker has been linked with both the Royals and Sunderland, and Derby have also brought in Cameron Jerome from Norwich.
“Chris Martin is being mentioned, but he was also being mentioned last season and then he was at Fulham,” said Stam.
“Derby bought Cameron Jerome from Norwich and maybe he is the one that can go out.
“He might be a possibility but we need to make sure, if we bring in somebody, he is the one that can make the difference for us.”
