CALUM’S DELIGHT AT NEW DEAL

PRESTON defender Calum Woods admits there were low moments during his injury hell but is relieved to have put it behind him after signing a new deal at the club.
The 30-year-old was out of action for a year with a knee injury, but he’s now fit again and has extended his contract through to 2019.
He said: “I’m absolutely delighted to sign an extension to my deal. It’s a great feeling to know I’m going to be at this club even longer.
