REA SET TO HAVE KNEE OPERATION

LUTON defender Glen Rea faces a lengthy injury absence after it was discovered he requires surgery on a knee ligament problem.
The 24-year-old suffered the problem during the first half of the Hatters’ win over Burton on December 22.
A tweet posted on the club’s official feed confirmed the news.
It read: “Unfortunately there was some sad news from Nathan (Jones, manager), who reported that Glen Rea requires surgery on the serious knee ligament damage he suffered against Burton.
