The FA Cup fourth-round draw has been made, with Liam Rosenior’s return to Hull City as Chelsea manager the standout tie, while either Salford City or Swindon Town could earn a glamour clash with Manchester City.

A 5-1 victory over Championship side Charlton Athletic at the weekend marked a winning start to life back in English football for the Blues’ new manager.

The 41-year-old previously managed the Tigers following a short spell as interim boss at Derby County, before his dismissal prompted a move to France with Strasbourg.

In the wake of Enzo Maresca’s turbulent exit, Rosenior quickly emerged as the leading candidate and now faces a full-circle moment as he prepares to take on the club he came close to guiding into the play-offs.

What are the standout ties?

Elsewhere, Wigan Athletic head to Premier League leaders Arsenal after seeing off Lancashire rivals Preston North End in the third round.

Either Salford or Swindon could earn a trip to the Etihad Stadium to take on Pep Guardiola’s Man City.

Mansfield Town face Burnley after dumping Championship side Sheffield United out of the competition with a thrilling 4-3 victory on Sunday.

Wrexham meet Ipswich Town following their penalty shoot-out heroics against Nottingham Forest, while Grimsby Town, Birmingham City, Burton Albion, Oxford United and Stoke City also prepare to take on Premier League opposition.

Barnsley take on the champions Liverpool tonight at Anfield, and they too could earn themselves a fourth-round clash with top-flight opposition should they deliver another upset from the third round action.
