A controversial character with an at times combustible nature, Steve Evans has his fair share of critics, but Alex Revell certainly isn’t one of them.
Indeed, the Stevenage boss is immensely grateful to the role the multiple promotion winner played in reigniting his managerial career when it looked as though it could peter out.
Initially appointed Boro manager in early 2020 just after his playing days had come to an end, Revell is honest enough to say that the chance came too early for him.
