PORTSMOUTH have received a boost with the news that striker Colby Bishop has extended his contract until the end of the 2027-28 season.
The 28-year-old has scored 50 goals in 120 matches since joining from Accrington in 2022.
Bishop returned to the side in November after undergoing open heart surgery in the summer, after a potential risk had been identified during off-season cardiac screening.
He made a surprise appearance off the bench against Preston, scoring a penalty to secure a first home win of the season.
