UNLIKE SANTA, MANAGERS GET THE SACK ALL YEAR ROUND

IN THEORY, December is a dangerous time for managers because it’s the last chance for clubs to make a change before the January window.
But I’ve been sacked twice -and once was at Leeds on February 1, the day after the window closed. Work that one out!
I was also appointed by Fleetwood on January 31, by which point I couldn’t get my own players in anyway.
The way things are now, the time of year is pretty much irrelevant.
