TOM Cleverley says Mattie Pollock represents everything he wants to see from a Watford player.
The centre-back barely got a look-in under previous manager Valerien Ismael but is now one of the first names on the teamsheet as Cleverley looks to rebuild a team culture that seeped away following relegation from the Premier League in 2022.
